Since we provide digital marketing, branding, design, and website development services, no physical shipping is involved.

AIG Enterprises does not ship any physical products.

All services, files, and deliverables are provided digitally, including:

2. How Digital Deliveries Are Sent

Depending on the service, completed files may be delivered through:

  • Google Drive link

  • Dropbox link

  • Project management tools

  • Website handover in WordPress or admin panel

Access instructions will be clearly provided.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on:

4. Delayed Delivery

  • The client fails to provide required materials (content, images, login access, etc.)

5. File Access & Storage

Delivered files remain accessible through the download link or shared folder for a limited time (usually 30 days).
We recommend downloading and storing your files safely.

AIG Enterprises is not responsible for permanent storage unless included in your package.

6. No Physical Shipping Charges

Since all services are digital:

  • No delivery charges

  • No courier fees

  • No shipment tracking

  • No physical item returns

7. Changes to Delivery Method

If you require delivery through a different method (e.g., USB drive, printed material), additional charges may apply and must be agreed upon beforehand.
