This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled by AIG Enterprises for all digital marketing, branding, website development, and creative services offered through aigenterprises.org.

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited and may not always apply.
However, we aim to be fair, transparent, and professional with all clients.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under these conditions:

a. Work Has Not Started

If the project has not begun and no resources have been allocated, a partial refund may be issued.

b. Duplicate Payment

If a payment is accidentally processed twice, the extra amount will be refunded.

c. Service Not as Agreed

If we fail to meet the agreed scope (as per signed contract or project document), and no delivery has been made, a refund may be provided after review.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

a. Work Has Already Begun

Once the project has started—research, design, development, or planning—refunds are not available.

b. Client Delays

No refund if the client delays the project due to:

  • Lack of content

  • Late feedback

  • No communication

  • Change of mind

c. Completed or Partially Completed Work

Completed or partially completed services are not eligible for refunds.

d. Change in Business Needs

If the client decides they no longer require the service after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

e. Advance/Upfront Payments

Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable as they secure project allocation and resources.


4. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-Initiated Cancellation

If the client cancels:

  • Before work begins → Partial refund may apply

  • After work begins → No refund

b. Company-Initiated Cancellation

If AIG Enterprises must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will receive:

  • A full refund if no work has started

  • A fair partial refund based on work completed


5. Late Payments & Outstanding Invoices

If payment deadlines outlined in the agreement are not met:

  • Work may be paused

  • Project delivery may be delayed

  • Additional charges may apply

  • The project may be cancelled without refund


6. Quality & Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the terms of the service agreement.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Personal preference changes after delivery

  • Design/style changes after approval

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit

Extra revisions will incur additional charges.


7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding refund eligibility:

  • Both parties will first attempt resolution through communication

  • Evidence (work samples, emails, files) will be reviewed

  • Final decision will be based on fairness & contract terms

If unresolved, local Pakistan laws and courts will apply.
